ARGUED JANUARY 9, 2003 Jose Bahena-Guifarro pled guilty to two counts of illegal re-entry of an alien who had previously been removed from the United States following a conviction for an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b). In this case of first impression, BahenaGuifarro appeals the district court's refusal to group the two counts under U.S.S.G. § 3D1.2. We affirm.
